I picked up this vintage arrow pin at a flea market; but, I know nothing about it. It is about 4" long by 3/4". The green stones seem to glow even when not in the sunlight. I liked it and that's all I know about it. I can't find any makers marks on it.

Anybody know anything about this? What era jewelry would this fall under?

It's in the style of 1930s and could be from the period but I can't see enough detail (e.g. the stone faceting and profile) to be certain.
