This is not Chinese, it's Japanese. The mark should be rotated about 140 degrees clockwise to be read properly. It's early, maybe turn of the last century to 1950 and made for domestic use, not export. The figures in the decoration are Arhats or Rakans, holy men, hence the halos. The photos are in .png format, which my editor does not does not recognize, making it difficult to search the mark, but the last kanji is Zan or possibly Yama.
The first two pics are exactly the same -can you post other side of vase?
