This is 1 of 3 of this kind of plate and I don't know if this is a sterling silver or what. It has no markings whatsoever of its manufacturer, when this was produced and where. It's heavy and looks really old with a few scratches and stains. If anybody can help me identify this will be greatly appreciated. Item location is Philippines but item is probably manufactured in another country.
