Sterling China of Sebring, Ohio (I think). Another was in Wellsville but made their wares at this time for hotels. All information I found is very confusing as there ended up being three Sterling China companies.
Date unknown. Pre-1920(?) advertising plate for Bassett Hardware and Supply Company of Bassett, Nebraska, a small town of under 620 people. I find 1902-1918 references to it along with a 1924 calendar.
