I found this awesome colored engraving at Goodwill yesterday. It looks like it was colored using watercolor? I cannot make out the signature on the bottom but regardless, it is an awesome piece with great color.

This could be created by the Belgian artist Belin pseudonym for Roger Hebbelinck except that the style of the etching is slightly different from his normal work.

That was a great lead! I looked for this image with his name but could not find anything so then I tried the Belgian aspect and came across an image of an almost identical scene that was by the artist Louis Rigaux and titled Dyver a Bruges. The two artists were definitely at the same location when producing their works.

I am still looking up some information, but this is definitely a scene from Bruges Belgium.
