It is Vaseline opalescent color.
Art nouveau Floral motif.
Austria? Germany? France?

The smooth five petal flower look like wild phlox? The ragged edged one maybe a cornflower?

Many different patterns, none exactly like yours. Try variations. Some say it is french glass.
