    Royal Scarab
Very rare 18th Dynasty Thutmoses III Cartouche.
    Egypt
I find this scarab fascinating. It is very small, measuring: 16.69 mm

      Beautiful and so old!!!
Perhaps you could find a stick pin which stem fits in the hole, add a crimp bead to secure it.
So you won't loose it and even wear it :-)

. for bravery, although fly amulets were also included in the treasures of Queen Ahhotep (beginning of the 18th Dynasty) and three queens of Tuthmose 111.
Well the old dude had 3 wives.
