This glass basket is 4" tall to top of handle. There are no markings on the basket anywhere, does anyone have any ideas of what this basket is called or who makes it?

yes, looks to be amber glass. the basket is possibly Bohemian or German but didn't see an exact match. here's a link with similar baskets:
