Made in Germany. I think this may have been made in 1950 sometime. Made of metal and glass. Not working however going to have to get it fixed. Would anyone know the year this might have been made?

yea...yours has that little brass ruler at the back too. I am not sure of the year, as I was helped here on CW too as to the ID.
I also thought mine was a Weird stopwatch like you too.....LOL
Going to take it to the watch man to see if he can get it to work.
