One of the reasons I collect photos and photo postcards is right here. Just simple folks going about their business so very long ago, gives me a heartwarming. I wish they knew that!!

I am thrilled by all the love here!!
I am overwhelmed with all the love here of the old grannies. The children look very well cared for! These 2 photos are favorites in my collection. Just a simple joy of everyday living. Not "important" as photos of famous or high ranking Military--oddly, those don't have "meaning" to me. But-- Families, of all kinds just doing simple things give me the most pleasure because I can relate to them with a warm heart.
And just seeing them raises me up.
