I recently acquired a large original "Archie" Watercolor at a garage sale. The gentleman that I purchased it from stated that it was given to him by a friend. His friend told him that it was used in the making of a TV show for the Archie's. It appears to be a production illustration signed by Harry Lucey. He was the primary artist on Archie, the company's flagship title, from the late '50s through the mid-'70s.
This great piece of Cartoon History.

A little about this piece of Art, It is drawn on Crescent Water Color Board and it measures 29 3/4 X 21 3/4 . It is in perfect condition.

Thanks for your comment Frosty21. I've done some digging on this Water Color. The characters are Betty, Reggie and Jughead. They had a garage band. Betty played tambourine, Jughead played the drums and Reggie played guitar. Josie and the pussy cats were introduced in about 1962-1963. So you were right about that. Thanks.
