Hi, I was wondering if anyone could give me any information on this phone. I am wondering if it is original or not as well. Thanks

Model 293A.. Around 1915.. Nemco merged with Imperial Wire 1914 they then changed name to Northern Electric Mfg. Co. I think they had same model 293 without dial before then this being "A" made later with upgrade.

Your Western Electric or Northern Electric 293A was first produced 1908. The North Electric dial was added later on. the hook switch and side plate looks to be from a Kellogg Switchboard & Supply Co. The network below the ringer looks to be from a Western Electric 500 desk set. Someone tried to convert this wall phone to work on modern day telephone line.
