Uranium Table Tumblers

I found this pair today at the thrift, sitting amongst hundreds of other orphaned drinking glasses. The stenciling caught my eye, and when I fished them out of the lot, I saw that much loved green and out came my keychain black light to confirm my thoughts. I did the ol one handed death grip on them and walked about the store all the while wondering why I had just found uranium glass that was stencilled. It's a bit perplexing for me and i'm just starting to look into the subject now, with some knowledge uranium salt was I think in use up into the 1970's or 80's.
These glasses have, for 2" at the top, and about an inch at the bottom, kind of a ridged wavy feature of about 24 ridges total, and smooth in the mid section. It almost seems like a manufacturing 'tooling' marks rather than a decorative embellishment since it's not very noticeable until you touch them or look closely.
