    I rescued this and two others from being discared into a garbage truck. I know its a Liprosta but i dont know why there are 2 compartments.. Also whether this is a keeper since i have interested buyers. My son wants me me to sell but I love the stickers and hostory.. 1934 german heading to NYC

      Wow!! This is French made and from around 1900. It's a lady's hat trunk. The clips in the bottom once held a hat pin cushion. I have one very similar that I restored way back when. I absolutely love this and would be very proud to have this one in my collection! I have a big collection of hat trunks.
