    The artist is J. Webster Brown.....I know that another member of Collector's Weekly also found a pastel by this obviously talented artist, but I haven't
    found any other information on the artist. I purchased this piece about 15 years ago at a little antique store in Lake Elsinore, Calif. I LOVE IT!

    If anyone can tell me anything about the artist PLEASE contact me.....

      1) unlisted
      2) using the alias of J. Webster Brown

      There is nothing on the internet about this artist.
