This belonged to my older brother who died 2 days before my sixth birthday. He was 8 at the time, I have kept it becuase it has kept the connection alive we had together. I just wanted to share so people know never to forget the past or connects we have in this world.

I guess I should have told you a little info on this. It's a 1970-71 Mickey made by the Adorable Sales, commonly know as "Hippy Mickey". Notice the Betty Boob curl on his head. It was produced before the Disney Corp. had fits about copyright and trademark wars. Very collectable, but the true value in this piece is in your story (priceless), again sorry for your loss and thanks for sharing this piece and the history behind it.
I also have a 1970's Mickey Mouse Pocket Watch with a filigree pattern on the back. I just love it and wanted to find out more about it. But my pocket watch has the same kind of Mickey on it. Yours is priceless!
