Hello I found a waterman fountain pen. on the bottom of the pen it says baby and 3 1/2 V. S./ on the metal part of the pen it has DUR,UM and under that it has the number 2. The top screws on and off and the bottom screw retracts the writting part @/or extends the writting part. The cap has PAT APRIL. 28 1903. THE BODY OF THE PEN HAS PAT'D,1884 MAY, 23 1899 THE NEXT LINE IS WATERMAN'S IDEAL (THE WORD IDEAL HAS A FANCY CIRCLE AROUND IT) FOUNTAIN-PENN.Y.U.S.A. @ AUG. 4. 1903 UNDER THAT LINE IT HAS SAFETY PEN. I think it is made out of plastic or bakelite? the pen has etched wavy lines on the body of the pen.
