The name of the manufacturer is "Kundo".

Here's a link which may be helpful in obtaining more information on and perhaps dating your particular clock: http://www.anniversaryclockidentification.com/cgi-bin/acipage.cgi

As far as value is concerned, one of these sold for parts or restoration may sell for something around $10. Most of these types of clock which are in good working order may sell for somewhere around $50. Here's a link to "Sold" eBay listings for Kundo Clocks: http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=kundo+clock&_in_kw=1&_ex_kw=&_sacat=0&LH_Sold=1&_udlo=&_udhi=&_samilow=&_samihi=&_sadis=15&_stpos=17331-2501&_sargn=-1%26saslc%3D1&_salic=1&_sop=12&_dmd=1&_ipg=200&LH_Complete=1

Hope that helps a little to solve your mystery. :)
