ODD --A BABY IN WHITE WICKER EXPENSIVE BUGGY IN A CONSTRUCTION SITE!

Not a very good place to walk your baby. A construction site, where building is going on all around. The carriage is beautiful but very dainty! Did those narrow, spindly wheels meant for perambulating in the park, survive the trip when it was pushed over unsteady ground?

I wonder what is going on here? If I could step into the photo in the day, I'd like to listen in on the conversation. A curious photo, but I really like it. (Added to my collection with pleasure).
I love to speculate and use my imagination. Most of the photos I collect have an element of a "puzzle" connected to them that I hope will induce or justify a conclusion eventually.
