Green /Brown Soap Stone Globe

I believe this is all soapstone.
Bought in Texas at Antique shop my boy really liked it. Might not even be antique. I just want to get some information on this globe.
Country Names look to be just scribed in and not to intricate.
Dragon work looks very good.
Globe has brown white and green is this different material?
Would like some information on this about what year is it?
Where did this originate?
