The color on this very similar to my DuBarry vanity set pieces although it is unmarked. Probably a knock off sold in dime stores. The quality is good though. The glass is beveled and it has a nice heavy feel. Don't think you will find this at Walmart or Target today. There may be something nice at Macy's but without the je ne sais quois of age. Most likely circa 1930s.
$5 at the Rose Bowl which is why I go there.
