I got this from flea market, so interesting on the back side, there is a AM/PM indicator. The size of it is around 2.75".
I can't search anyone like this, is it from ship, car or plane.
Is there any experts tell me more about that?

Not from a plane.
Only reason Someone would need a indicator for am/pm is that You could not tell if it was light or dark. Maybe for Submarine or ship crewman?
If I had to guess (and I do have to) I would guess that it is some type of mechanical timer mechanism. The 24 hour disk on the back has two tabs. Most likely they "flipped" some type of rotary electrical switch. I'm assuming that the "push in" knob is to set the time and the very thin "legs" look more like they would serve to properly orient the timepiece into some type of housing since it would have to be removed for winding, setting and regulation as well as setting or resetting the timer switches. I've never seen anything quite like it before. I don't see any names, logos or numbers anywhere. Good luck with your research.
Only reason Someone would need a indicator for am/pm is that --- IF it was an Alarm Clock. Those old Desk clocks had a deep mechanism it in day, and IF the noise mechanism is inside will need some room

IN picture # 3, I note beside the mechanism there is a button that says: PUSH IN
To me -- that is a Classic sign it is an alarm clock -- a very old one
I obviously disagree Rose. Those "switches" on the AM/PM indicator dial look like they can be rotated to different settings. I don't think it's an alarm clock. Not in the traditional sense anyway but, of course, I certainly could be wrong.
To me, this looks like it may have fit into a dashboard or control panel of some type.

I agree with Bruce, its a timing device for something, has little metal prongs that would flip a switch. Wind up place in a holding device and when time was set for on and off using the black dial. Dial looks like something from 50's era, seen it on other equipment from that era,
