Unlike some here I rarely find an absolute bargain at an op shop, or things that are relevant to my collecting field.
I was pretty happy to find this set of 6 glasses recently, for $1 each, and initially picked them up because I liked the colour. After looking a bit at the moulding I wondered if they were a Scandinavian glass maker, then I wondered if they were Japanese. No matter, cheap, usable and attractive!
It was only when I got them home did I find the remnants of a diamond sticker on the bottom of one glass. I was sure I knew it and after magnification could just see the impression of the Radio Brand logo on it.
I was pretty happy!

Isn't it great when you buy it because you like it.....then you get home, find out something or other......and then you like it a WHOLE LOT MORE!!!!!

So happy you found something you loved in a thrift. It's fun huh? These are great. Have never heard of Radio Brand either. Heck, even the maker name is cool. :)
