This was my mother-in-laws birthstone ring. I'm not sure if it's called Topaz or Citrine? Inside of ring says F J both in triangles and 10k. I don't have any other info. I'm wondering what the F J means?

Most likely, the initials of the manufacturer.

      http://www.topweddingquestions.com/blog/f-stamp-inside-engagement-ring-what-is-it/

By industry standards, a manufacturer is required to place two stamps inside a ring (1) the stamp showing the karat of the metals used, such as 14k, 18k, etc. (2) Initials representing the manufacturer’s name.

Couldn't it also be Maker's Mark or Store ID or design stamp. It doesn't change the value right?

I couldn't get a good photo of the mark so I drew it for you. The mark is exactly like the drawing.

Does anybody recognize the jewelry mark in the last photo?
