I found this brooch Yesterday at my local thrift store, very pretty and delicate, this brooch is oval and have 3 green stone on it, small little leafs are part of the silver brooch, stamp on the back "VIVA" & 925.
What I read on Internet this is made in Mexico, please correct me if I am wrong.
This brooch is .70 inch wide, 1.25 inch high.

Malachite stones. What a super find! I did some hunting on the web and did find references to VIVA being Mexican, but failed to find other jewelry with this same mark.

This is a nice brooch Alan. I haven't seen the 'viva' mark either but it's good to know and I agree with you on that old theory, 'good things come in small packages'!
