    This has a five sided opening that looks like it's for turning a large nut. Its about 22inches in length.

      Definitely six-sided. Looks like a special-purpose wrench that would have been supplied with a piece of equipment.

      Yep, definitely six sided.

      Steel workers wrench and pointed end is an aligning tool.
      Used to align the holes in steel beams to insert a bolt.
      Wrench then used to tighten nut onto the bolt.
