Called a "piano baby" They used to sit these on a Piano dollies to keep it from falling off piano . Very nice ! Yours is not made by Heubach but Conta-Boehme
Hard to date yours as they make reproductions and your photo is not that clear .

Thank you so much Manikin. I would of never guess that. Taking time to let me know what kind of doll she is I appreciate it. My grandmother passed away in 1987, it's time to sell things.
