    This 6 by 4 inch vintage Vichy bonbon box was a recent discovery at a brocante fair in Burgundy. I just love the art work by M Moinet in fact at first I thought it was hand painted!
    If anyone can date this box I would be grateful but they certainly don't make boxes like this anymore!

      This is great!! I have a coffee table book on European department stores from the 19th and early 20th centuries. I can just imagine this on display in one of those amazing department stores.
