I was looking for some vintage dragster photos to scan but I found this instead. It is a sleeve or envelope with a photo of Mount Rushmore inside. It was from a box of family stuff including my dad's report crds which were just as bad as mine.
Either they took a trip to the Black Hill. s area of South Dakota or someone gave it to them. They did have family members in that area.
Anyway this looks to be from the 1940s but that is just a guestimate.
His teport cards were as gad as mine !!!!
