This looks Arabic to me but not 100% sure - would love to know if anyone has a clue to what this is. The wood base part is 22" x 15", so its large. It's silver in color but I've not found any silver markings to say it real silver. the feet on the back, I really dont think they are feet - they have a rubber peice around the shaft that mates to the wood which leaves me to think that this plack actually slides into something else, but not 100% sure.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
