Jags has posted very similar. Welz were not the only company to make honeycomb décors, but this is very distinctive along with ribs and hobnails at vulnerable points - here just above the base. Maybe these were designed to strengthen?

Nice one! I like this form very much. I just saw the same shape, but in a much paler coloration, on Ebay last week. The ribs add a really nice interest.
