This is a dish by Oakley China Ltd. It says Fine Bone China Oakley China Ltd. made in England. Don't know anything about Oakley China or what this dainty dish was used for. Maybe it went on a dresser for jewelry or something?

Very Pretty! I have something exactly like that in the same shape -- I was told it was a Spoon holder....Might yours be that too?
