I want to show you these small georgian blackdotpaste brooches. I love the elegant simplicity of the cirkular one.
The brooch that has discs of mother of pearl looks a bit like clove or pansy in shape. It´s a heavy and chubby little brooch. Has anyone seen a similar brooch before? I´m curious to see a post of it and ideas on where these were made (maybe the style can give someone a clue....) Thanks!

Kyratango, I just recently got interested in old paste jewelry. First I found the cirkular brooch at an auction and started to search for information om blackdotpastejewelry. A few days after I bought it I found the motherofpearl one the same way. Has not seen that type of blackdotpaste before. If you have never seen a brooch like the one with paste/mother of pearl, then it must be rare :) Thanks !
