This jug belongs to my Great Aunt. I couldn't find any others the same online. The stamp on the bottom looks like 51. Can anyone tell me anymore about it?

This milk jug was made by an unknown Staffordshire factory for the 1911 coronation. These souvenirs were made for those who could not afford the Royal Doulton memorabilia.
The number 51 is likely the model number.
