Does anyone know anything about this piece? The shape number is 566-A and the glaze is Apple Blossom Pink, also known as Shell Pink. I would really appreciate any assistance that you could provide.

I forgot to add the size, it measures 5 1/2" in diameter and stands approximately 2 5/8" tall.
