Can anybody identify this pitcher? 5 star with eagle on front, back has one star, cannot identify information on base.

I wouldn't call it "military".
Looks to be relatively modern, decorative pitcher. Could be a craft shop made piece-- bottom part looks like "italy".

It looks like it's Italian to me too but any idea why it also says Lowestoft? Is there a military base there?
Lowestoft is in the south of England , maybe it was a commissioned piece, but it definitely says Italy
