I DUG THIS UP IN NATICK, MASS. IT HAS NUMEROUS AIR BUBBLES, THERE IS NO SEAM. CRUDE TOOLING MARKS ON NECK. TOP OF FINISH NOT PERPENDICULAR TO CENTER LINE. NECK IS ASKEW. ELONGATED BUBBLES ON NECK. DIMENSIONS ARE: 11 3/16" ONE SIDE 11 1/8" ONE SIDE TALL,3 3/8" WIDE AT BASE. THIS ONE OF MY ONLY BOTTLES THAT I DO NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT.

With no seams, it was made in a turn-mould. They go into the early 1900s for Americans, and to the 1930s by the British. As you dug it in Mass, it could very well be a foreign import. They were popular out of the U.S.

Welcome to CW. (There others that like to refer to is as the Nut House)

Interesting post and bottle. So, it doesn't have a pontil mark on the bottom which would confirm the hand/free blown idea? Would really love it if you would post some of your other bottles, with a bit of history behind them you can record.

btw - there's no need to post in all caps. - computer wise it's called 'shouting' [;>)
