Picked this up at the same sale as the war bond poster. I bought it because I have a vintage add on my bathroom wall for what I thought was this gadget. But when I got home I realized its a similar product. It still works has a powerful vibration. If you look at the add in the last picture you can see what it was used for, although I'm sure it was used for other things. Fun find to add to the rest of are small gadget collection. We had one of these when I was a kid, son of a gun would pull your hair in the springs , but it would sure 'nuff "massage" ie vibrate the heck out of your head,neck,shoulders or anything. Wow,blast from my past. ouch.
