This is a Smith & Wesson Handcuff store counter display stand that was sent to their distributors to display the newly introduced Model 100 WeatherShield colored handcuffs in 2008.
These were advertised as an advanced, tough as nails, corrosion protection system, that when applied to the critical metal parts, makes the resistant nearly impervious to rust.
They were offered in six different colors; Red, Blue, Yellow, Desert, Pink & Green and could be used as, Prisoner Categorization, Department Ownership or Officer Ownership.
This display was given to me by a long time Smith & Wesson employee after he retired, that he had sitting on his office desk until retirement.
    Thanks for looking,
    Dave

Do you know why(fill in) & (fill in) put those small racing steering wheels in their cars ? So they can drive with handcuffs on . (canned laughter here)

BB2, a suicide knob would also work, with any size steering wheel.
      Thanks fhrjr2 for the appreciation.

But pink !! I'd fight till the end before I let a flatfoot take me in in pink handcuffs !! LOL!

BB2, I've seen several female officers carrying pink handcuffs.
Arizona's Sheriff Arpaio dressed his inmates in pink, maybe he used pink handcuffs also.
