Vintage 1937 Wedding Gifts that were from my Mother-In-Laws Hope Chest . . . all cotton and still with the original labels ! These were wedding gifts back in 1937, the year my In Laws got married. Back in the day, they were a favorite expensive gift that was always given to the young brides. My mother-in-law just had her 96th birthday last year . . . sharp as a tack and healthy as an ox. Still sitting in the bottom of her Lane Hope Chest. Check out the labels . . . cotton still soft and white !
