Little Black Suitcase SWEET is what the price tag said and I agree.
The little black suitcase is 18" wide. It is indeed little and has a great exterior. There are no maker's mark that I can see anywhere on it. The color and the cream trim are great but I think the inside may be even better.

Oh, nice one fortapache!! It's in such amazing condition. Beautiful interior. Probably from the 1930's or 1940's.
