Pegasus fence post topper

The horse looks like it is a pegasus. This item measures approximately 3 1/2" in height. The inside diameter at the base is 1 1/2" and is threaded. Looks like it is made of pot metal. Magnet test is negative. I thought at first it was for chain link fence post, but all of the ones I have found have larger diameter and most are lions, horses or dogs. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!
