    This pedal car was my dad's, I believe it to be a 1926 or 1927 Packard. Has a wood frame and metal body. Questions I have are how rare are these and would a restoration be feasible? Thank you...Tom. w7zj@comcast.net

      They are rare in this condition. I would suggest that you consider keeping it in its original state. As far as survivors go, this is a nice example. Is there a stenciled 4 digit number on the wood support under the trunk?
