Trying to identify the origin and designer of this chair, possibly reupholstered to be turquoise in the 50's. Its from Italy, my Grandmother purchased at a vintage store in Chicago. A hand written address is underneath (222 E. Chestnut Street) and label is torn off. Any tips from the experts would be appreciated!

Sadly, the label is completely missing which I remember taking off in my early teens...well before I had any idea it would be needed for value or how stupid it was to do so. I'll try to post the underneath which looks reupholstered a time or two. The chair is metal, seat is wood with vinyl cover. I appreciate the nouveau description to help my research!
