"Hi, Its from the 50's or 60's . not too sure the short. many with donald in them. they use to sell them in the disney art corner store in the 50's and 60's for 10-$15. that one would sell for about 200-300 in as is condition. many are stuck to the back ground and need a full restoration at the cost of 200 so dont try to peel it up."
best regards. peter
