TITLED AS ABOVE,BY RICHARD PORTRAIT CO. THE COPYRIGHT DATE STARTS WITH 191, THE LAST NUMBER IS FADED. MY DAD WAS BORN & RAISED IN NEW YORK. IF HE WERE ALIVE TODAY, I KNOW HE WOULD HAVE LOVED THIS. I GOT IT AT SAME ANTIQUE STORE THAT WAS HAVING GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SALE.

Very nice patriotic design. The last number is probably a "7" or "8" as these were very popular during World War I.
