    What do you want to be when you grow up?
    Another interesting group of cards. Note the boy in the last card posing with a cigarette!

    Thanks for looking.

      LOL! The blacksmith is wearing Dutch wooden shoes! And a Dutch style hat. Weird! And the horseshoe on the anvil actually looks hot!

      The little carpenter looks like the adorable Matthew Garber of 1960's Disney films. (Michael Banks in Mary Poppins, etc.)

      Is the painter supposed to be Jackson Pollock? I do believe so!
    5. Efesgirl Efesgirl, 8 years ago
      LOL Celiene, that was how people dressed here in those days. Many workers/farmers wore wooden clogs.
      Probably is supposed be Jackson Pollock as the "painting" behind him is representative of Pollock's work, plus the signature cig.

      I see you posted the back, now! Holland! Explains the shoes!
    7. Efesgirl Efesgirl, 8 years ago
      LOL that photo of the back was posted at the same time as the rest of the photos.

      :=)))))
