Interested to know the age of this piece and if there's any significance to the grouping of the angel. The yellow stones appear to be citrine or perhaps amber. It's stamped 18k Italy 753 AR, and something else I've not yet been able to make out (looks like a starburst). Thanks for any information.

AR is for the Italian province of Arezzo, Italy. The 753 is the registration number assigned to the piece.

Can you photograph the charms against a piece of white paper? The design is lost against the patterned background.

In my opinion, those pretty charms are glass, and your bracelet was made some time after 2000.

I've added a cleaner picture for better view of the figures. Thanks for at insight.

According to the mark, your bracelet was made any time beginning from 1968. Refer to Official National Marks, photo C, on this page. The number 753 isn't listed among the Italian registered marks here.
