I understand that this is a hotel call box from about 1900. I am looking for any info or anyone who knows something about it in background or value, Thanks.

Your hotel call box is known as a annuciator. It is more then likely manufactured by The Electric Goods Co. Based in Boston around 1904. EGM Co. produced most annuciators for hotels, large private homes. the value is around $75.00 to 150.00

Robert Scott Engineering and Const. Co was the company who engineered and installed the aunuciator for the hotel.
