Need some help with identification.Looks like brass to me, and it is about 7/8 inches in diameter. Has a Eagle on the front with shield on breast.Reads, Honesty Is The Best Policy. On the back it reads,Dedicated To The Cause Of Virtue Honesty & Temperance.
